What is a coven?/ Should I join one?

A coven is a group of individuals who follow the same path and want to work together in their worship and magick work. Think of it like a cross between a prayer group and a sorority/fraternity. The group will become your very close friends, even family. You will worship together, celebrate together, learn together and mourn together. This isn’t for everyone though. Some prefer to practice alone, or solitary.

You do not have to join one, nor do you have to work alone. If you are looking for a coven, make sure to do your research on their path, doctrines etc. as you may find a coven close to you that seems appealing but follow a very different path than you are comfortable with.

One of the functions that our site will feature will be an organization search and rating system for groups like covens, kindreds, meditation groups, etc.
